Every Cendrino order is prepared with care and shipped worldwide.

Order Processing

All orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Most pieces are ready to ship within 2–5 business days. During drops and busy seasons some orders take a little longer; if that applies to yours, we'll email you with an update.

Every piece is checked by hand before dispatch.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship globally using trusted couriers depending on your location. At checkout, the available shipping methods for your address will be displayed.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to update.

Express Shipping is available on selected pieces — 1–3 business days (2–4 to the Middle East). You will see it at checkout when it applies.

Delivery times are estimates and do not include weekends or public holidays.

A single flat rate applies per destination, regardless of weight or the number of pieces in your order. All rates are shown and charged in EUR.

Standard shipping is complimentary on all orders of €300 or more, calculated on your subtotal after any discount.

Adding a second piece to your order does not increase your shipping fee. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct; we cannot be responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect addresses.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are not included in the product or shipping price. The recipient is responsible for all such charges. Please check your country’s regulations before ordering.

Failed Deliveries & Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, non-collection, or refusal to pay customs charges, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs and any related fees.

If you cancel your order, original shipping fees and return shipping charges will be deducted from any refund.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, or there is a delivery issue, please contact us within 48 hours and include clear photos of the item and package. We will assist in contacting the courier. Cendrino is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages after dispatch.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to PO boxes, military addresses, or restricted countries due to carrier limitations or regulations. Please contact us if you are unsure whether we can deliver to your location.
